Case Studies
Evidence before outcome language.
A useful case should show the starting situation, what Ije diagnosed, what Ije built or organized, and what changed directly. The first case begins with Ije’s own rebrand because Ije owns the source record and can state the boundaries honestly.

Ije Africa: turning a rebrand into a Brand-Power System
Starting situation: Ije’s earlier frame centered nonprofit guidance, storytelling, branding, design, communications, and visibility, but those elements no longer expressed the full system Ije was developing.
Ije’s work: the team diagnosed its own Brand-Power Gap and organized category doctrine, messaging, audience architecture, offers, proof logic, Labs, visual direction, website architecture, and delivery controls.
Direct change: the agency now has one documented system connecting what it believes, who it serves, what it builds, how it works, what it can claim, and how the market can inspect or enter the category.
Boundary: this case demonstrates internal clarity, coherence, and asset creation. It does not prove client revenue, funding, reach, or market adoption.
02
What future client cases must show.
Each client case will require permission, an approved organization description, the real starting situation, Ije’s agreed scope, before and final artifacts, evidence of use or adoption, and a reviewed distinction between direct changes and later signals. If a later outcome cannot be substantiated or attributed responsibly, it will not be claimed.
