Journey Map (Our Approach)

The journey does not start on the day you step out of your door; it starts before that, from the time you accept the call for adventure, even before you tell others of your decision to embark on a journey. And so is working with Ije.

The Meeting

Bilbo Baggins’ living room was the point of call in the earliest days of the planning for that iconic journey for the rings. At Ije, depending on whether you invited us or we reached out, our first meeting is premised on information gathering and learning about your brand.

It’s standard procedure for us because we believe we can’t tell iconic stories of your impact if we do not know you or hardly know you. We have preliminary questions for every form of work you might want to contract us for.

These questions will also serve as the precursor for our discussions.

Studying the Map, Forging a Path, and Setting Expectations

We will then move into the discussion phase where your primary task would be to share your expected outcomes with us. “What would success look like to you for this project?”

Once expectations have been set and fees agreed upon, we will then share a project timeline with you.

Stepping Out of the Door; Conquering the World

And so, it begins; project execution. Let’s get to work and smash set expectations. We are your co-sojourners; we will not leave you lost in the bush on the journey. Expect constant communication on the project’s progress.

Recounting the Journey’s Tales

No journey is complete without a recount of the tales of the journey and introspection. We strive to always go beyond or at least meet the expectations set at the beginning. Nevertheless, we also make well-defined provisions for post-delivery meetings to give reports, feedback, edits, and updates.

And we hope to sojourn with you again…
We are adventurers; we live for the thrill; we believe the journey will always be on. We hope to sojourn with you again and again.
